We founded AIAIAI in 2025 after seeing too many AI pilots stall. Leaders were asked to bet on tech they rarely used, trade productivity for privacy, or accept tools that didn’t fit daily work. We chose a simpler path: a vendor-agnostic platform that feels familiar from day one, improves with use, and keeps European values at the core.

Today we’re a 15-person team in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Granada. We build an EU-first workspace with clear buttons for daily tasks, Assistants that learn from your documents, and meetings that turn into action. New models are added in days, so results keep improving—without retraining or lock-in.
